Yes: At Cosy Holiday Lettings, we provide hosts with the option of full or partial property management. Partial property management/co-hosting entails us managing the back end of your holiday let (pricing, calendar management, OTA listing optimisation, SEO optimisation & guest pre-booking communication.

Once the guest booking is confirmed, you the host then handles all guest communication along with associated cleaning, laundry and ironing, maintenance – essentially everything on the front end. This ensures we can just focus on making your listing better and bring in more bookings and ensures you pay a lower co-hosting fee compared to a full management service.

We have the capacity to onboard hosts from all areas in the UK. For hosts further out from our core region of Lancashire and West Yorkshire, it is important that they are still invested in the success of our partnership and specifics around expectations can be discussed prior to a commitment made. .
